Music for everyone.

Founded in 2008, with an innovative business model, Spotify became the way of listening to music of 200 million people in 78 countries. Spotify offers two main value propositins to their users:

1- Anytime, anywhere.

Spotify transitioned the whole music industry, from a “transaction-based” experience to an “access-based” model.

2- Discover effortlessly.

Spotify revolutionized the way we discover music using their amazingly accurate recommendation models without loading users cognitively.

Everything is a playlist

Spotify offers wide range of listening experiences from which users can freely choose from.

All these touchpoints come in the form of a playlist, making it convenient for user to interact and adapt to new features.

What about social listening?

Although these features offer great experiences, most of them are focusing on listening to music individually. Spotify's offerings on social space does not really provide a great experience for the user.

State clearly the intentions and value offered in exchange of user’s data.
